Very ambitious name, certainly doesn't live up to it, food is just mediocre and much smaller portions than I would expect from ones of these chains. Avoid if you have any kind of allergies as these are not well supported. It would also be a lot nicer if cutlery was washed after the previous users.

Popped in for the first time for a quick meal with the wife, never again!!!
God awful food, clearly just microwaved poor quality crap, the steaks were so bad we couldn’t even cut it, we were hacking at them like a serial killer, impossible to eat and completely tasteless, a lady came over and asked if everything was ok with me meal I replied “no not really” and that was the last we seen of her.
Go further down the road and spend £35 each on a decent meal because it’s not worth £15 each by a long shot.

Good family pub ! Went on weekend with my little one and friends good menu for kids and adults . They have a nice play area and drinks menu . Friendly staff aswell .

No alcohol is allowed in the wacky warehouse bit so we have to take turns going to the bar and drinking a drink. Only reason we still go is because we brought a play pass for the kids but we won't be renewing it.

I had a chicken jalfrezi curry with poppadom, onion bhaji and samaso. I rarely write a review but thought this deserved credit where it's due...i was very pleasantly surprised as often in general pubs such as green king or wetherspoons the curries are often very basic, however, this whole meal this time was wonderful. Consisted of plenty of chicken and lovely amount of spice. Great value especially on a Wednesday for the meal and drink for £8.
Thankyou to the lovely lady chef, she is an asset to the business, i will be returning.

Standard pub food, nothing to write home about but affordable and satisfying - had an issue with 1 meal that was sorted straight away by the friendly staff. The attached soft play makes this place a real hit for the kids!

We were staying in Leicester and wanted to watch the 6 Nation's England V France game. As we were a party of 6 adults and 2 kids we had to speak to a Member of staff to make the booking. We arrived and were welcomed by a tall Asian male that we assumed was the Manager. He was really attentive to our needs and very accommodating siting us by one of the larger TVs.
We later ordered food - cheap , cheerful and wasn’t bad.
The only criticism was the app service for ordering drinks. They didn’t appear to have a bespoke bar tender doing app orders that alot of other chains have. I had to go and find my own order 15 minutes later and the barman said he’d been serving customers at the bar.
It got very busy later in the evening and the only criticism was the delay at the bar and the app but all in all I’d have zero hesitation in going there again.
The Manager is an asset to Greene King and should be promoted. Customer service is key and he got that straight away .

I booked a table for yesterday for 2 adults & 2 children. Upon arrival we were waiting to be seated and the staff had seen us waiting but just walked off twice. Therefore we went and grabbed our own table. The atmosphere wasn't great either from the staff. When our food came out, the food was edible. I just felt overall that the customer service here was not great at all and not like any other hungry horse restaurants. I've been here twice now and both times the same. Won't be returning as felt awkward the whole time.
